Making An Appointment

**Links Psychology is no longer taking new clients as we have reached capacity with bookings, effective 16/7/26.  We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and hope to re-open bookings soon.**

Making an appointment to see our Psychologist Mr. Harvey Abbott can be facilitated via phone or email.  The office is open Monday to Thursday, and closed Friday to Sunday.  We also close for lunch from 12:30pm - 1:30pm.  Mr. Abbott primarily sees clients face to face and does provide limited Telehealth services.  We are not currently accepting any new Telehealth clients.  

Initial and ongoing consultations are one hour in duration. 

You do not need a referral to make an appointment, however if you do have a regular GP it would be helpful for them to write a short letter or provide a GP Mental Health Care Plan.  If we have a GP plan we can provide the Medicare rebate.

The once off booking fee must be paid prior to your first appointment to secure your booking.

Wait-time for a new appointment is usually 3-5 months, however we have presently reached full capacity and are not taking new clients at this time.  We do have a waiting list and always have earlier cancellations arise.
