Fee Increase - 1/7/24

At Links Psychology we strive to make counselling accessible and affordable to all our clients, keeping fees lower than other providers.  It has now been over five years since our last fee increase and unfortunately, we can no longer absorb the increasing overhead costs of running the business.

Our fees will therefore be increasing effective 1/7/24, to:

  • Individual counselling – $150
  • Couples counselling – $160
  • Psychological Assessment (for report purposes) - $170
  • Concession rate (non-Medicare) - $100

We are pleased to be able to continue to offer bulk billing to clients with a concession, pension or health care card, who have a current GP Mental Health Care Plan.  There will be no change to how we process Medicare rebates ($93.35), private health claims, DVA, Workcover, VOCAT, EAP or NDIS invoices.

To assist in managing increasing demand on our services and reduce non-attendance we are also introducing a $50 booking fee for all new clients.  This is payable on booking and must be received prior to the first consultation.

Please feel free to discuss these changes with Harvey or myself if you are currently facing financial difficulties or have any other queries. Kind regards Links Psychology Team.
